Poster Rules

• You can request a poster once per week and up to four posters per month
• One request can be made, each time the form is submitted
• Requesting a poster does not guarantee you will receive it
• Posters appear two months at a time (currently accepting requests for January, February and currently showing movies)
• All requests are stored on the website under the view requests tab
• Requests can be viewed by clicking on "View Requests" tab and then clicking your name
• You only have to request a poster once (avoid requesting the same poster more than once)

Weekly Request Limit Resets

• Request limits reset every friday and poster options reset at the first of each month
• The name dropdown list includes everyones name
• Choose Your name when making a request
• When you make a request your name will automatically be removed from the dropdown. It will reappear on friday when the weekly reset activates

Requests: Current Month vs Awaiting?

Current Month

- These are the requests that were made in the current month

- These Requests will appear in the red table when viewing your requests

Awaiting Request

- These are the requests that were made in a previous month and you are still waiting to recieve them

- These Requests will appear in the gray table when viewing your requests

AMC News Tab

- This tab when clicked will take you to the AMC This Week news page, this will get updated each week with new information

View requests Tab

- This tab is how you can view your requests for posters

Name Dropdown

- When the "View Requests" tab is clicked a dropdown appears with everyones name. click on your name to view your requests

Contact Tab

- This tab will link you directly to Axel's workplace profile so if a question arises you can easily get in contact

Home tab

- This tab will take you to the home page of the website

Menu Button

- This is the 3 horizontal lines in the top left of the website. This is the websites menu button

Menu

- The menu has mutliple features and is accessible on most of the pages throughout the website some exceptions are The News Page and Poster Images Page

Poster Inventory Tab

- includes all of the posters we have in stock and how many of each we currently have, this gets updated when we recieve new posters

Poster Images Tab

- Includes images of the posters we have on hand, so you can see what they look like before you decide to request them

Score Card Tab

- The scorecard that is also posted in the breakroom, this shows us how we are all doing as a theatre and areas we could/need to improve on

Workforce Tab

- This will direct you to amc workforce

Learning Studio Tab

- This will direct you to amc Learning Studio

Crew FAQ's Tab

- A PDF that has common questions asked by crew and answers to resolve them

Contests Tab

- A way to view the leaderboard in the current contest if there is one availble

AMC Gear Store

- The amc associate store, includes fun amc items you can order if you want them. If you have quesions regarding the gear store speak with a Supervisor or Manager for assistance
